Explanations of Species listings

Synonyms

Synomyms are scientific names used for this species that are not valid any more. It can be because someone described the same species collected at a new site and gave it a new name. It could also be that 2 previous species have been lumped together.

Local names

Names in different languages apart from Scientific names.

A text tells in what countries and where the species has been collected.
